The Peter’s Commitment |
| Peter’s commits to its customers that we will
provide outstanding quality, consistency, and service. |
Quality |
| Daniel Peter invented the world’s first milk
chocolate in Switzerland in 1875, making Peter’s Chocolate the
oldest milk chocolate manufacturer in the world. The fresh whole milk
used in our crumb base creates unique milk notes and caramelized characteristics.
We purchase only the highest quality beans and individually roast
them to achieve the distinctive flavor profiles characteristic of
the various bean origins. Peter’s Chocolate has built a premium
product line to satisfy your most demanding production manager and
delight your most particular customer. |
Consistency |
| Individual bean roasting, bean selectivity, and a consistent
manufacturing process have made the Peter’s brand a leader in
the chocolate industry for 125 years. Our professional quality assurance
staff and continuous quality checks ensure consistent, premium quality.
Every batch is monitored and checked for consistency – consistent
color, consistent flavor, consistent smoothness and workability –
time and again. |
Service |
Peter’s Chocolate employees focus on two areas:
customers and chocolate. Our District Managers are professionals with
years and often decades of experience; they can assist you in understanding
what you believe is important – from cocoa market trends to
consumer market trends to growing your business. Your designated Customer
Service Representative knows how your orders work and does everything
to ensure you get your chocolate when and where you want it. Communicate
via phone, e-mail, or fax – whatever you prefer, from 8 AM to
7 PM EST. Our technical service team can lend assistance around the
full spectrum of operational-related issues, including raw material
procurement, product formulation, manufacturing excellence, packaging
design, plant layout, and distribution.
As part of Cargill, Peter’s Chocolate will ensure that all of
our global resources, personnel, and experience are available to you.
