Third New Product in Recent Months Added to Peter’s Chocolate Family
“Cambra™” the Answer for Confectioners Seeking High Cocoa Solids

Lititz, PA (March 28, 2005) – Continually searching for opportunities to provide confectioners ways to expand their businesses, Peter’s Chocolate is introducing a new product to its already diverse offerings.  The new Cambra™ Bittersweet Chocolate is designed specifically for confectioners looking for a high chocolate impact. It is ideal for high cocoa solids bars as well as for high-end confectionery making, such as truffles and moulded items.

This bittersweet chocolate delivers 72% high cocoa solids with low roast liquor, which is reflective of European-style. Despite its high cocoa content, the flavor remains rich and balanced—not bitter like many of the 72% products out in the market place.

Because the chocolate is aged, the flavors are mellow. A strong vanilla flavor—which comes from real vanilla, not vanillin—complements the characteristics of the chocolate liquor. Available now, Peter’s Cambra™ Bittersweet Chocolate is made in 10 lb. blocks and is available in 50 lb. cases.
