Specially roasted beans provide a strong chocolate flavor.
         
Viking®   D 165°
A full roast chocolate, used when a mild semisweet flavor is desired.
         
Lenoir™   D 115°
This robust semisweet chocolate with 52% cocoa solids presents fudgy and fruity flavor notes, complemented by the unmistakable presence of natural vanilla.
         
Monogram®   D 140°
A full dark roast chocolate with fruity and smoky overtones. An excellent match with cordial cherries.
