Nutmeg Sea Salt Truffles
18 oz. Peter’s® Liquid Caramel
16 oz. Peter’s® Gibraltar™ semisweet chocolate, flavored with nutmeg as desired
Sea salt
Mould shells using Peter’s® Gibraltar™ semisweet chocolate. Deposit Peter’s® Liquid Carmel into shells and bottom. Once pieces are unmoulded, add a drop of melted Peter’s® Gibraltar™ semisweet chocolate on top of each piece and sprinkle with sea salt.
Yield: Approximately 24 pieces
