Nutmeg Sea Salt Truffles

18 oz. Peterís® Liquid Caramel
16 oz. Peterís® Gibraltar™ semisweet chocolate, flavored with nutmeg as desired
Sea salt

Mould shells using Peterís® Gibraltar™ semisweet chocolate. Deposit Peterís® Liquid Carmel into shells and bottom. Once pieces are unmoulded, add a drop of melted Peterís® Gibraltar™ semisweet chocolate on top of each piece and sprinkle with sea salt.
