Peter's® Popcorn Break-up

1 bag   Buttered microwave popcorn
227 g   Peter's® Cambra™ bittersweet chocolate
    Crispy rice cereal (use as much as desired)
    Mini marshmallows (use as much as desired)

Pop 1 bag of buttered microwaveable popcorn. Spread popcorn out on a shallow baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make popcorn one layer thick. Sprinkle popcorn with crispy rice cereal as desired. Temper Peter's® Cambra™ bittersweet chocolate and drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn cereal mixture. Once the popcorn is drizzled, sprinkle the popcorn with mini marshmallows to your liking. Place pan into the refrigerator to cool for 15-30 min. Once the product is set, break-up the sheet by hand and enjoy.
