Coconut and Macadamia Cluster
3/4 lb. Coconut
3/4 lb. Chopped
macadamia nuts
1 1/2 lbs. Peter’s® Broc® milk
chocolate
Add the chopped macadamia nuts and coconut (both at 75-80° F)
to tempered chocolate. Form into clusters and cool.
Yield: Approximately 100 pieces |
