Macadamia Nut Busters
2 lbs. Chopped macadamia nuts
2 lbs. Peter’sŪ Caramel Loaf
8 oz. Peter’sŪ Peanut Flavored Icecap™ Chips
4 oz. Creamy peanut butter
1 bag Braided pretzels
Peter’sŪ Maridel™ Milk Chocolate
Place chopped macadamia nuts onto baking sheet. Deposit melted caramel
on
top of nuts in the size that you would like. After depositing caramel,
place one pretzel on top of caramel. Combine Peter’sŪ Peanut
Flavored Icecap™ Chips
and creamy peanut butter until smooth. Deposit mixture on top of the
pretzel. When completely set-up, enrobe in Peter’sŪ Maridel™ Milk
Chocolate.
Yield: Approximately 75 pieces
