Peanut Crunch

400 g   Sugar
227 g   Light corn syrup
150 g   Water
516 g   Creamy peanut butter
    Peter's® Crema™ milk chocolate
    Salt, to taste

Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a boil. Continue cooking until reaching the hard crack stage (300 F). Remove the mixture from heat and stir in peanut butter, using a wooden spoon. Pour the mixture onto an oiled slab, scoring (1 x 1 pieces) with a well oiled knife. Let the confection cool and set (approx. 1 hrs). Cut into pieces. Coat with tempered Peter's® Crema™ milk chocolate.

Yield: Approx 120 pieces
