Fruit and Nut Baskets

12 oz. Peter’s® Newport™ semisweet chocolate
12 oz. Peter’s® Chatham® milk chocolate
24 oz. Peter’s® Liquid Caramel
Whole walnuts and raisins

Mould dark basket shells with Peter’s® Newport™ semisweet chocolate. Add 3-4 raisins to each shell then fill with Peter’s® Liquid Caramel. Cap with Peter’s® Chatham® milk chocolate using a pastry bag; place a walnut on top.

Yield: Approximately 120 pieces
